Participants will be guided through gentle movement sequences and breathing practices that support mental focus, reduce overwhelm and ease physical tension built up during the workday.
Format: 3 x 60-minute sessions | Progressive structure | Great for staff wellbeing programmes
Tai Chi for Balance & Resilience (6-Part Programme)
A deeper exploration of Tai Chi principles to support physical and mental stability. Suitable for teams dealing with stress, change and busy workloads. Sessions focus on balance, posture and tension release using the breath to stay steady under pressure.
Format: 6 x 60-minute sessions | Suitable for all levels | Can be delivered weekly or monthly
All sessions are for 10-20 participants and are open to everyone. No special clothing or experience needed.
